The Strangers are the Friends: Album Release Concert (Feb 13)

I am excited to announce that our "Gidi & Mati" performance at Lettretage on February 13th will be the official release concert for our new collaborative album.

On that same morning, the album will go live on all streaming platforms. That evening, we bring it to life on stage.

We call this project 'The Strangers are the Friends' (הזרים הם החברים). It is a 'poetic banquet' (Gastmahl) - a dialogue between music and word that explores the universal experience of immigration.

While the text is in Hebrew, the story is global. It touches on the physical act of crossing borders, but also on the internal migration - what happens to a person's identity when they move between cultures and languages.

Your humble servant will use the music - guitar, bass, other instruments, and my voice - to create a home for these restless words. We are looking for that moment with you in the audience where the 'stranger' (outside and inside us) becomes the 'friend.'
